Sub-processors

User Intuition uses the following sub-processors to deliver our Services. Each sub-processor has been evaluated for appropriate security practices and is contractually bound to protect Personal Data in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

Current Sub-processors

• Twilio SendGrid — Transactional email notifications. Processes email addresses and notification content. Located in the United States.
• Google LLC (Gemini) — AI-powered report generation. Processes transcripts and research summaries. Located in the United States.
• OpenAI, Inc. — AI research assistant and analysis. Processes transcripts and participant responses. Located in the United States.
• Vapi, Inc. — AI voice moderation for research sessions. Processes audio recordings, voice data, and session metadata. Located in the United States.
• Render, Inc. — Infrastructure hosting for MCP servers and supplementary services. Processes application and session data. Located in the United States.
• Supabase, Inc. — Database, backend services, and authentication. Processes all platform data including participant records, transcripts, and account data. Located in the United States.
• Vercel, Inc. — Application hosting and deployment. Processes application data, session data, and web traffic. Located in the United States.
