Your responses to Feedback Sessions will be shared with the customer commissioning the Feedback Session. Customers must follow our Acceptable Use Policy or their own terms, which will be presented to you before the feedback call if they differ. They are contractually required to implement appropriate safeguards to protect your Personal Data and use it only for authorized feedback purposes.

We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties or use or share your Personal Data for targeted advertising purposes. We only share your Personal Data with:

  • The commissioning customer
  • Service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., cloud storage), without using your Personal Data for their independent or own commercial purposes
  • Authorities, if required by law
