- General Privacy Policy — for website visitors, customers, and anyone engaging with our services in a non-participant capacity
- Privacy Policy for Participants — for individuals participating in User Intuition feedback sessions

Section 1: General Privacy Policy
1. Introduction & Contact
User Intuition provides AI-driven qualitative research services. This section covers how we collect and process personal data from website visitors, prospective or existing customers, and anyone engaging with our Site or services in a non-participant capacity. If you are participating in a feedback session, see Section 2 below.
2. Information We Collect
Contact details: Name, job title, employer, work email (e.g., when you request demos, sign up, or create an account). Technical & usage data: Via cookies and similar technologies—IP address, browser, device, pages viewed. Marketing preferences: Data you provide when subscribing to newsletters or requesting materials. We may also obtain data from third parties or public sources.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: respond to inquiries and provide support; operate and maintain our website; send marketing where allowed; analyze and improve our Site; ensure security and prevent fraud; and for other legitimate business interests.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and certain third parties use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to provide relevant content, measure effectiveness, analyze traffic, and remember settings. You can control cookies via your browser; disabling them may affect some features.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in limited ways: with service providers (hosting, analytics, email, etc.) who process data on our behalf; for legal compliance or safety; in connection with business transfers; or as aggregated/de-identified data. 6. Data Storage, Transfers, and Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law. For customer account data, we retain for the duration of the relationship and up to twelve (12) months after account closure unless law requires longer. Data is stored on servers in the United States (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Render). For EEA/UK access we use lawful transfer mechanisms (e.g., standard contractual clauses). Request deletion: privacy@userintuition.ai.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., CCPA, GDPR), you may have rights to: withdraw consent; object or restrict processing; request deletion; rectification; access and portability. To exercise rights, email privacy@userintuition.ai. California residents: we do not sell personal information; submit verifiable requests to the same email; we will respond within 45 days.
8. Security
We use encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), access controls, and monitoring. More details and sub-processors: userintuition.ai/sub-processors.
9. Children's Data
Our website and services are not intended for individuals under 16 (or higher age if mandated by law). We do not knowingly collect data from children in this context. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here or communicated by email. Continued use constitutes acknowledgment of the modified Policy.

Section 2: Privacy Policy for Participants
1. What This Covers
This section details how we collect and process Personal Data from individuals who participate in our Feedback Sessions ("Participants"). "Personal Data" means information that identifies or relates to a particular individual under applicable data privacy laws.
2. Personal Data We Collect
When you participate (video, voice, audio, or text), we may collect: technical data (IP, device, browser); and feedback session data (recordings, transcripts, responses). We use it to conduct the session and provide insights to the customer; and to improve our platform (aggregated/de-identified where appropriate).
3. How We Share Personal Data
Your responses are shared with the customer commissioning the Feedback Session under a Data Processing Agreement. We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising. We share only with: the commissioning customer; service providers; or authorities if required by law. Full sub-processor list: userintuition.ai/sub-processors.
4. Storage, Transfers, Retention
Data is stored on U.S. servers (Supabase, Vercel, Render). We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We retain data for the period defined by the customer or as required by law. Request deletion: email privacy@userintuition.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request." We process within thirty (30) days.
5. Your Rights
Depending on location and law, you may have rights to withdraw consent, access, portability, objection/restriction, deletion, and correction. Contact privacy@userintuition.ai.
6. Security & Changes
We use industry-standard security (encryption, access controls, monitoring) We may update this Policy; material changes affecting your data will be communicated. Continued use indicates acknowledgment.
