7. Departure. Why did the customer leave? What was the full departure mechanism? What would have prevented it? Exit interviews capture the end of the lifecycle story and close the loop on the journey.

Each trigger connects to the research platform through CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce) or billing system integrations (Stripe). When the trigger fires, the customer receives an interview invitation with stage-appropriate framing.
